Scientists have discovered in the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 genetic sequence that was patented by vaccine manufacturer Moderna in 2016 for cancer research purposes.
This snippet of genetic code was found in SARS-CoV-2’s unique furin cleavage site, making it more infectious than ordinary coronavirus.
They claim there is a one-in-three-trillion chance Moderna’s sequence randomly appeared through natural evolution supporting the hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2 indeed originated in a laboratory.
